 Of course, there are many other incentives too apart from monetary ones. These include the desire to be productive, to self-improve, to socialise, to help others, to work as a team, to create something meaningful, to be liked, to be popular. etc. All these incentives affect our daily actions as well and would undoubtedly play more prominent roles in our lives with our basic survival incentives already met. Of course, there are many other incentives too apart from monetary ones.
